If I could tell future me anything,
I’d tell her,
“I knew you’d do these things.
I knew you’d be this great.
I knew you’d be great
In your own way,
In your own space,
In your own time
& in God’s own timing for you.
I knew you’d become
Who I needed you to become
There is no shortage,
No lack,
In who you are.
I’m so grateful you did the things
You needed to do.
Thank you.
I‘d say thank you.
For doing all the things you needed to do
For me and for you.
Thank you."
